A long-form private session (3–4 hours) for those who want depth, continuity, and real clarity.

This intensive brings assessment, training, and practical coaching into a single uninterrupted container. Rather than spreading insight across weeks or appointments, we work with enough time for patterns to emerge, questions to be answered in real time, and decisions to be grounded in what’s actually true for your body and your life.

This is especially well suited for those navigating complex training histories, transitions, recurring issues, or moments of recalibration — when clarity matters more than volume.

This is not a longer consult or a packaged program. It’s you and me, working carefully — with enough time for what matters to surface.

You’ll leave with a clear training direction and a practical next-step structure you can implement immediately.
